Paihia RV Park, located at 6 Puketona Road, is the perfect base for self-contained Campervans, Motorhomes, and Caravans. Pet friendly and we're just 100 metres from Te Ti Bay Paihia's best beach, public restrooms and shower. Enjoy the spectacular Beach views with a 10-minute stroll to Paihia, the Treaty Grounds or the beautiful Haruru Falls walking track along the Waitangi River. With good ambient light provided overnight, you can feel very secure during your stay.

Situated within Paihia's 50km speed limit zone, our park offers easy access to local amenities, including a supermarket across the road, with sun until the end of the day.

We are fully fenced and have an extended lead-in of 12.5 m to accommodate longer rigs.

Free water is available at each side of the Park. 7 rear and 1 front site include power from $25.

There is a Dump station at Waitangi Holiday Park (650 m) $10 if you advise them you are from Paihia RV Park

The Dump Station at Kawakawa (11 km) is free.

Self-Contained Campervan Sites In Paihia

Paihia RV Park is a compact, pet friendly base for accredited self-contained campervans, motorhomes and caravans in Paihia. Stay 100 metres from Te Ti Bay, close to Waitangi Treaty Grounds, Paihia town, the Haruru Falls walking track, Woolworths and local traveller services.

The park has 12 sites, including large and extra large spaces for longer rigs. Free WiFi, water and selected powered sites are available, with direct booking online or by phone with Keith.

Do I need to be self-contained to stay at Paihia RV Park?

Yes. Paihia RV Park is for accredited self-contained campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Please make sure your vehicle meets self-contained requirements before booking.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome, provided they stay on a leash at all times and guests clean up after them immediately.

Are powered sites available?

Yes. There are powered site options available, with 7 rear sites and 1 front site including power from $25. Powered vehicles must meet current WoF and EWOF requirements.

How close is the park to Te Ti Bay and Paihia?

Paihia RV Park is about 100 metres from Te Ti Bay. Paihia town, Waitangi Treaty Grounds and the Haruru Falls walking track are also nearby.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 12.00pm onwards and check-out is before 11.00am on your departure day. Early arrival or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Where is the nearest dump station?

A dump station is available at Waitangi Holiday Park, about 650 metres away, with a $10 fee if you advise them you are from Paihia RV Park. There is also a free dump station at Kawakawa, about 11km away.

VIEW T&C's

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system, payments via credit card or debit card. Cancellations are non-refundable.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: Check-in is from 12:00pm onwards.
Check-Out: Check-out is before 11:00am on your departure day.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us as early as possible. Extensions are subject to availability.

3. Park Rules and Regulations

Park at Your Allocated Site
Please park in the designated spot assigned to you, as specified in the email sent after your booking confirmation and before your arrival.
Rubbish Removal
Kindly collect and dispose of all your rubbish before departure.
Generator Use
Generators may only be operated between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with a maximum of two hours on, followed by two hours off.
Pets
Pets (dogs and cats) must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets immediately.
Consideration for Others
Be mindful of other campers' peace and privacy. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Parking Caution
Exercise extra care when parking next to the wall to avoid damage.
Park Security
Please keep the park gates locked at all times for the safety of all guests.
CCTV cameras are in operation for your security. AI Tracking is a feature of the cameras for movement and event management.
Self-Contained Accreditation
Self-contained campers are required to stay at the park. Please ensure your vehicle complies with self-contained regulations.

4. Liability and Damages

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the conduct of all individuals and pets within their party. Any damage caused to the park's property, including infrastructure, amenities, and facilities, will be charged to the responsible party.

Liability: Paihia RV Park is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to lock their vehicles and secure valuables.

5. Water Use
Potable water is available for guests to fill their RV or caravan tanks only.

🚫 Washing of vehicles, dishes, or equipment at the taps is not permitted.

💧 Water can be accessed from the locked taps located on both sides of the Park.

6. Powered Sites – Warrant of Fitness (WoF) and Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF)

By booking or occupying a powered site, you confirm that:

  • Your vehicle has a current and valid Warrant of Fitness (WoF) (or Certificate of Fitness, if applicable).
  • Your caravan, campervan, or motorhome has a current and valid Electrical Warrant of Fitness (EWOF) before being connected to our power supply.
  • You will use only compliant and approved power leads and connections.

The Park reserves the right to request proof of compliance at any time and to refuse or terminate power supply if these requirements are not met. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Park without refund.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Paihia RV Park reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will apply to all bookings made after the date of posting.

8. Unauthorised vehicles

Any unauthorised vehicles will be towed from the premises at the owner's expense.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

From time to time, circumstances outside our control may affect your stay. This includes severe weather, natural events such as flooding or landslides, utility outages, government restrictions, road closures, or other unforeseen situations. In these cases, Paihia RV Park is unable to offer refunds or compensation.
